Morris Appraisal owner Rick Morris is an SRA Designated Appraiser. The prestigious SRA designation ensures his clients the highest level of quality and professionalism in California appraisal work. Just to receive this honor, Rick spent three dedicated years to exceed the normal licensing level, and wrote a 200-page thesis.

Rick Morris has over 17-years experience and holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing And Business Administration, graduating from Illinois State University with high honors as a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon. He specializes in architectural homes, litigation, historical, estates, trust cases, divorce appraisals, retrospective appraisals, tax appraisals, and high-end (multi-million dollar) homes and complex appraisals.

When he's not delivering high grade appraisals to attorneys, accountants, lenders, and others, Rick is working out, doing martial arts training, and numerous sports: golf, skiing, and biking.
